All rates; Pets free of charge. We regret that the cottage is not suitable for children under the age of twelve. Please note there is a minimum booking of two nights - three nights on long weekends.

Booking Information
A 50% deposit is required on booking. The balance is to be paid ten days before arrival. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival, a refund will be made less a 20% administration fee. If less than 14 days, your 50% deposit will be retained for you to use at another time. We accept direct deposit or credit cards only. Check-in is after 2pm - although we may be able to offer an early check-in if there are no departing guests on the same day. Checkout is usually midday on a Sunday or public holiday, and 11am during the week.
Linen and towels included.
All damages, including those inflicted by pets, must be paid for.
Pet Policy
Dogs must be quiet around horses and cattle. All pets allowed inside when guests are present. Dogs must be secured outside, or closed in laundry when guests not present. Pets not allowed on the furniture (except for cats on laps). Please prevent cats from scratching furniture. Any damage must be paid for. Large kennel provided, with sleeping mat. There is a fenced cottage garden attached to the house where dogs can be secured. And there is more than an acre of lawn for them to run around on. The owner of Cadair Cottage accepts no responsibility for accidents caused by guests pets. Please remove droppings from lawn and cottage garden.
